Set up in 2019 by experienced filmmaker Gwion Hallam the company is passionate about working with the best talent and finding the best stories to show and inspire the world.

Based in north Wales and making the most of our Welsh voice and home grown talents - our outlook is international and diverse. We share stories and worlds that are new and exciting, to widen horizons and minds.

As well as Gwion and Guto Huws, who are full time producers with the company, Twm Twm works closely with the best freelancers and creatives in the industry.    

Some highlights from the first few years:

Our Lives: Searching for my Other Mam. A prime time doc that went out on BBC One. Became the most watched programme in any genre produced by BBC Wales that year. 

Dylan a Titw i Ben Draw’r Byd (Dylan and Titw to the Ends of the Earth). A beautiful journey that was as challenging as it was entertaining when aired on S4C. Full time carer Grahame Thomas (aka Titw) moved mountains - and minds - to get Dylan Fôn Thomas to fulfil his dream of reaching the remote island of Enlli (Bardsey). 

Marw gyda Kris / Death with Kris - The unique docuseries is still winning viewers, and gaining amazing responses, from across the world. Mortician, Drag Queen and Druid Kristoffer Hughes goes on a personal journey around the world to see how other cultures deal with death - in very different ways to us.  

In 2025 our aim is to continue to entertain, inform and inspire - doing so by working with other production companies and nurturing filmmakers for the future.
