Dylan Fôn Thomas, from Chwilog, is one of around five thousand people in Wales living with Dystonia, a neurological movement disorder. Dylan’s dystonia affects his spine, meaning he often struggles to walk and suffers intense spasms that affect his entire body.

The Dystonia started suddenly around eight years ago. Since then Dylan has lived with parents, Sandra and Gwilym, and needs around the clock care.
